Hi, I’m Jailyn, a licensed esthetician passionate about helping you feel confident in your skin. I created Bleu Jai Esthetics to provide a space where clients can feel relaxed, cared for, and completely comfortable—especially during services that can feel intimidating at first. I specialize in sugaring, a natural hair removal method that’s gentler on the skin than traditional waxing. My focus is on Brazilian and bikini services, ensuring each appointment is as smooth, efficient, and comfortable as possible. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, I walk you through every step so you always know what to expect. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming experience where you feel confident, respected, and taken care of. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I truly value your time and appreciate you valuing mine. To keep the booking process smooth for everyone, please take a moment to review my policies below: Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% late-cancellation fee. No-Show Policy If you do not show up to your appointment and do not contact me, a 25% no-show fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future services. Late Arrivals Please plan to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service. If rescheduling is necessary, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the 25% fee may apply. Payments All fees must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable and go toward your service total. Understanding Life Happens I know unexpected situations come up.
